Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your PlanetBox items in their original boxes.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
